RadioWest is an hour-long radio show on history, politics, arts and culture, with a focus on the western United States and especially Utah. Hosted by Doug Fabrizio, it is produced at KUER. The first episode aired May 21, 2001 and was on polygamy. Since then the show has hosted Isabel Allende^[1] , the Dali Lama^[2], and Desmond Tutu^[3]. RadioWest has interviews with academics and cultural figures about Mormonism on a regular basis.

RadioWest annually receives awards from the Utah Headliners Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Utah Broadcaster's Association^[4]^[5]. RadioWest is well-known in Utah; for example Radio From Hell's Kerry Jackson has a 'man-crush' on Doug and RadioWest^[6]. Regular shows include

Sundance: Each winter during the Sundance film festival, Doug interviews creators of several films shown at the show.
Local music: Shows with live music from local bands such as Fictionist are hosted several times a year.
Utah Legislature: one or more shows annually discuss the Utah legislative session.
Bob Boilen of NPR's All Songs Considered is a guest in the summer discussing new music, and a show in December discussing the years best music.
